Refund policy

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives in a damaged condition or if your order is incorrect, we will gladly send replacement products.

For DAMAGED items, please send a photo of the product to orders@neighborlyfoodco.com. Please include your order number. We'll send replacement product/s to you.

If your order is INCORRECT (sorry!), please send an email to orders@neighborlyfoodco.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the products needed to make your order right!

Please do not send any products back to Neighborly Food Co.!
